I have used other vent servicing company in San Antonio before, and gave that company the benefit of the doubt, which was a costly mistake, one that required rework-- there was visible dust in multiple areas after the work and other, unmentioned company was resistant to address the issue. This WAS NOT my experience with 2 Cool Guys Duct Cleaning, my vents, floors, and surrounding areas was cleaned right the first time--even with my blowers blowing air, I am not finding dust!
2 Cool Guys Duct Cleaning provided me a fair estimate on the work based on a phone consult before the service, provided me windows when they could service my home, and because they did a thorough job understanding the problem and needs from my perspective, they did not try to up sell me nor was there a price increase on site.
The vents were cleaned and they cleaned the area around the site, something that is becoming rare. 2 Cool Guys have earned my business and this review, and would highly recommend you consider them for your vent cleaning needs. Forgot to mention, they also clean dryer vents and there work cleared restrictions on my hose, allowing me to turn the dryer on once, rather than running the dryer multiple times to dry my clothes.

The “Cool Guys” came to the rescue. My husband hired another company to clean our dryer duct and after paying him and trusting the company to do their job, we were left with an even worse problem. Hot wet clothes in our dryer. Marcus arrived ready to solve the problem. The apparent dryer duct was NOT the duct as the previous owners had thought . The Cool Guys found the vent on our roof and uncovered the thick plaster of lint that accumulated. We now have a dryer that works like new, a proper vent cover in the works, and a company that will forever be our go-to for such needs- and what feels like friends. We are so grateful for their tenacious spirit to see solutions and sincere satisfaction .

Shark duct team was professional and educated me on the process. They discovered an opening in my HVAC which was causing air to escape throughout the house, but immediately sanitized the system and sealed it! Overall, I’m very impressed and recommend the company! The company members were very helpful and thoroughly explained their process. They did a great job cleaning up the workspace. They even took vents out of the apartment and cleaned them up. The vents looked almost brand new once they were finished. I have photos of what they looked like before 2 Cool Guys went to work on them. The were helpful in accommodating my schedule as well. Professional Air Duct Cleaning
Same day response and quick scheduling were just the start of a great experience. Turned out not only was my exterior vent broken but had probably 20 years worth of buildup. The guys not only took care of the cleaning and vent replacement, they gave me proper maintenance advice which no one had ever done for me previously.
