- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a military discount! (This includes ALL branches, active, retired, & veterans!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
-Typically if time allows, I will have an initial free meeting with the client. -This can be in person at a starbucks or over the phone if you prefer. -I get a good idea of what the details are of the services you would like and details of your day and/or ideas for pictures. -I draw up a contract/booking confirmation to secure your date and collect a deposit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started out as a self taught photographer, but have taken many continuing education courses regarding photography over the years. I have an associate of arts degree with a concentration in photography. I am constantly honing my craft and striving to give my customers the best.
