- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard rate is $100/hr. This includes two photographers. Most other studios will charge extra for the second photographer. We also have special pricing packages for weddings and portraits to fit any budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
* We begin with a phone call to set up a personal consultation. We will meet where the client chooses. * At this meeting we discuss the clients needs and their vision, offer creativity insight as needed and work out logistical details. Depending on the project other meetings may be needed. A pinterest board may be set up for clients to collaborate ideas. This applies mostly to weddings and engagement sessions. * Session is held. * Images are processed and proofs are delivered to the client via our web site, usually within a week of the session. * After the client makes their final selections from the proofs, those images are edited and delivered.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
All photographers have a personal style. Look at their portfolio. If you don't like the style of photography you should look somewhere else. Rate is not everything, these images are something that will last a lifetime.
