My technician was great. He got rid of the bed bugs on the first visit. He came back 2 weeks later for a follow-up visit and sprayed one more time just to make sure they were all gone. It's been almost a month now and thankfully no more bed bugs. The cost was great too!

Quick, professional, and informative. They explained everything about what they did and answered all of my questions, at a good rate too! They were not intrusive on the inside treatment and worked very quickly both inside and out. Will be hiring them again if and when it's needed!

James at X Out is great! The responsiveness was above expectations with my last min change in appt time. He listened, understood my homes needs and is aware of pest issues in my area. He is able to to flush out any inside pests and treats entire lot outside. After one visit he can treat pro actively instead of reactively and I don’t need to be home for my quarterly. He is available anytime between treatments if needed but I have not needed any. Also, I have inside pets and that was a concern as to what X Out used. He had options and explained all in detail. Very friendly and professional. I can see when speaking with him that it is not just a job to him, he genuinely cares. That’s hard to find! Lastly, very very affordable compared to others I have used over the years and still treats more pests than other companies that nickel and dime everything!

The service was a very pleasant & i had a fantastic individual come to my home. He arrived ready to work! He explained the target areas and was prepared to take care of all our pest needs! I called and they were here same day, as well as many options for plans. I was able to stay home as all their products are safe for humans and our pups! Great work

$50-80 Bi-Monthly $75-99 Quarterly; for All Inclusive Pest Service Plans. We offer 50% off initial service price with any service plan. $35 dollars off any mosquito service plan.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an account and appointment, take care of the current issues and then prevent future issues from happening. Communication is the key, we strive to make sure all of our clients are happy with our services and results.
