FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We're always willing to work with our customers to ensure we're as reasonable and fair as possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically new customers want to install and automate a new driveway/entry gate (or gates). A simple, short phone call to understand what it is their looking for along with couple/few photos of where they'd like to have it put in (or a free, no-obligation in-person visit if desired/needed), and we provide an estimate typically the same day or next. After that, commencement is up to the customer...and most projects average 2-3 days (typical automation timeframe) up to 1-2 weeks (for custom designed, fabricated and then automated gates). Repairs & service calls we schedule immediately and do what we can to be there by the next day (sometimes even same day if we happen to be in your area).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been family owned and operated for over 25 years. We believe we are fortunate enough to have hired some of the best folks around...that said, all employees shadow and are trained under senior, experienced personnel. Due to the nature of the job, most employees work in teams/groups so training/learning is truthfully an ongoing process.
