Great service - Ray reached back out to us immediately and was able to work us in quickly - on a Sunday afternoon! He knows his stuff. He sealed a leak at the chimney and showed us how to work the fireplace. Told us where to buy a part we need for less than he would have to charge. HIGHLY recommend - very reasonable as well! He can send pics and invoice right to your phone - all in all, quick, professional, problems SOLVED! Thanks Ray!

I had a great experience with Somri. The technician, Ray, came out on a Sunday morning to inspect my gas fireplace, which had suddenly stopped working. There was no service charge for the visit. He arrived on time, was very professional, and clearly knowledgeable. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and came across as very credible. Before deciding, I called a couple of other companies for a second opinion, but Somri stood out for their excellent customer service and responsiveness. They followed up with me a few times before I made my decision, which I appreciated. I ultimately chose to go with them and felt confident doing so. The price was fair, and the unit comes with a lifetime warranty. They even moved my appointment up by a week when they had a cancellation. I’m glad I found them and highly recommend their service.
