I begin by listening to the customer’s concerns and gathering information about their comfort needs. I introduce myself and explain the process, then evaluate the system and home conditions. I provide clear recommendations and options, ensuring the customer feels informed, comfortable, and confident before any work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 18 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. I started at the bottom and worked my way up, gaining technical training, field experience, and customer solution expertise along the way. My background allows me to understand both system performance and homeowner comfort needs.
