Didn't bring bicycle parts on first visit. The treadmill didn't work after assembled. The manufacturer sent a part which may be the issue, but George hasn't scheduled someone to install the part and finish fixing the bicycles.

Not able to figure out what went wrong but charged me the full price of consultation.

Unfortunately these situations do occur. As treadmills age and become obsolete, it does become more difficult to repair, as parts are harder to come by and technical support is not as helpful. Especially when the manufacturer has gone out of business and there is no technical support at all. Which unfortunately was the case here.
