Marco remodeled our guest bathroom. We are very pleased with his work. All the men who work for Marco are punctual, polite, and friendly. Marco told us every day what work would be done, and who would be doing it, the next day. Marco is a very patient man; my husband and I have very erratic schedules and sometimes we weren't available for work to be done. Moreover, the cabinets we ordered took over a month to be completed and installed, but we didn't order them early enough from the start of the remodeling to have them ready when Marco was ready to install them. The guys completed what they could do without the cabinets, then we had to take a two week hiatus before the cabinets were ready. The guys came back and finished the bathroom soon after. We are so pleased with our bathroom remodel that having Marco remodel two guest bedrooms and a study later this summer.

Work done: bathroom remodel How long it lasted: approximately one month What went well: Marco and crew were very receptive to feedback and made all necessary adjustments in a timely manner. Worked full days. Kept the area outside the remodel clean and were trustworthy. What could have been better: A more accurate estimate about how long items ordered take to arrive would have been helpful in completing the process quicker. Everything took longer than initial estimate. More attention to detail in tile work, but it is possible that my expectations may be a little high. Final thoughts: Work done was above average, and the price was competitive. I would use Sellmark for future projects. Recommendations to homeowners considering a remodel: Personally call vendors to find out how long items take to arrive and include the question when is your next appointment time for measuring if that is applicable. Make sure subcontractors are willing to work with each other in coordinating deliveries and installation. I experienced difficulty with cabinet delivery and counter installation contractors working together. This had nothing to do with Marco...just a suggestion! And lastly if the time estimate is two weeks for a project mentally prepare for that to be twice as long unless the job has very few moving parts!

Marco was very easy to deal with - professional and always on time. He took the time with us to explain advantages/disadvantages of different options and materials when making large decisions, left the design mostly up to us so we could create the bathroom we really wanted. The subcontractor he hired to do the tiling did such great work on our bathroom. Our custom-built vanity was exactly what I had envisioned. At the very end, it took longer than we expected to get the glass doors installed on our shower, but the bathroom was usable and house cleaned up once all the other work was done. He and his workers took care to not make a mess outside of the work zone and protect our wood flooring in our home, and when the work was complete a cleaning person came in and cleaned not only our bathroom, but all the rooms they had been walking through to get to the bathroom everyday. It was a nice and unexpected touch. The price was very fair, the work was very good, and we will definitely call Marco for our next home project. Original timeline was quoted as 3 - 4 weeks (not including glass install) and we ended up taking closer to 5 weeks (not including glass install) but I don't think I expected us to make it under 4 weeks anyway.

Marco did a complete master bathroom walk in shower and floor. The shower design was very detailed. I was so very happy with the demolition of the old shower and the completion of the new shower. I also had Marco demo my guest bathroom tub surround and the bathroom floor. I am so very impressed with Marco. He is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I have already asked him for a quote in the living room and kitchen floor demo and installation of new tile. Marco also picked up my materials for me for both jobs. You will be very happy with him. I also liked the way he gave me a folder and a bid for both jobs.

We hired Sellmark Group to extend a wall in our 1/2 bathroom and install a standing shower. The work they did was outstanding. They were well within the time frame quoted and they were great about ensuring we knew what they planned to do each day of the work schedule. We were kept in the loop on any last minute design changes or corrections. Marco and his crew, especially Luis, were very respectful. They kept the job site clean everyday, for the most part, and made sure every detail of the job was covered.
