Introduction: When I paint I always use a drop cloth, there will not be paint splatters on you sidewalks or driveways, If I get paint on your brick or say your screens, I stop painting at that moment and get water and a sponge to remove the paint before it dries!! If I install siding or trim boards on your home there are ways to not show too many nails heads on the boards, such as using liquid nail glue to hold the boards along with finish nails.
Its satisfying to work with you hands by restoring the exterior of a home, and when your finished to step back and look at it.

I hired Larry of L&A Construction to replace the rotten siding on my garage with Hardi cement siding. He did the job on time with no surprises, and made no mess during or after completion. The job looked so good you
could not tell anything had been done, unless you had seen the rotten siding before.
I also had Larry install seamless aluminum gutter to replace my old sagging, leaky standard gutter that had a leaking joint every eight feet. The leaking joints had rotted the trim under the gutter over the years. Larry replaced the trim and painted it, leaving no spatters or trace that painting had occurred. The new gutter now had no joints except where there was a downspout, and had NO LEAKS. Both jobs he did looked very professional and greatly improved my home's curb appeal. The good work he did helped me sell my home quickly, because it looked so much better that you couldn't tell it was a 30 yr.old home after he was done. I would hire Larry again without hesitation, because it is hard to find anyone to do as they promise, when they promise it and leave the area clean. Larry is dependable and does good work.
