And, we recommend Portfolio because of the quality of work they provided. At every step, we felt like we had a partner helping us make decisions for materials or as we worked through the inevitable surprises during renovations. Portfolio communicated their arrival and progress- I never had to worry about if they’d follow through on our agreements. I also really appreciated their invoicing system, which they kept updated as we made changes or decisions.

Greyson was personable and professional. Did a great job removing a wall between my kitchen and living room, correcting and relaying flooring, and painting. Would absolutely use him for future projects.

Grayson did some work on my house and I was super happy with the outcome. He listened to what I wanted gave me suggestions on what would look good or what could be done. He put new tile in my kitchen, front entrance, hallway and a bedroom. I gave him an idea of something I was looking for and let him pick it out using his own mind and judgment what would match with the rest of the house. The tile he picked out was perfect. I absolutely loved how it came out. He also did some wall repairs and added some window frames. Came out perfect. Painted my whole interior of the house. I loved it! I love that I can give him ideas and it always come out way better than I expected. I guess that's what I hired him for lol. Prices were very very reasonable. He was very polite and got everything done quickly and correctly. Didn't rush anything or cut any corners. I am also adding to my house and plan to remodel some stuff so it definitely will be him I hire. Anyone needed work done I definitely definitely recommend Grayson 👌
