We take customer feedback seriously; however, several statements in this review do not accurately reflect the documented scope of this project. Prior to any work beginning, a written estimate was provided, reviewed, and approved before work began. The installation followed the specifications outlined in that signed estimate and was performed using standard industry practices and manufacturer guidance for this type of livestock fencing system. The project was completed in multiple sections according to the approved scope, and no request was made at the time to modify the design to match a neighboring fence. As is common with livestock fencing, installations are based on the agreed specifications rather than matching nearby fences, since terrain, materials, and intended livestock use can vary between properties. The project was ultimately terminated before final completion, which prevented remaining punch-list items and final cleanup from being performed. The completed sections were subsequently put into use for horses, confirming the fence was functional for its intended purpose. Documentation and photos from the installation are retained as part of our normal project records. This matter was later resolved through a negotiated settlement and is now closed.
