Our installations comply with the two most critical requirements for gutters which are: no. 1: the back of the gutter has to be installed BEHIND AND UNDER the drip-edge flashing (this insulates the fascia board and prevents mold growth and rot damage); many other gutter companies put the back of the gutter OUTSIDE the drip-edge in order to finish faster, that leaves a gap through which the water from the roof seeps into and goes behind the gutters and produces mold and rot. no. 2: Spacing out the gutter's hangers every 2 ft apart from each other (many other gutter companies space them out every 4 or even 6 ft apart, which is VERY wrong) while utilizing the most heavy duty hangers in the industry rated for 280 lb. of resistance! (whereas most other gutter companies use the cheapest hanger rated for only 60 lb. ) We mention these two technical aspects because unfortunately around 60% of all gutter installations that have been done in south Texas fail to meet either one or both of these requirements. We provide a 20-year warranty certificate that warranties the address! and automatically carries over to whomever happens to be the current owner of the property, all other gutter companies void their warranty once the home changes ownership. We also carry Liability Insurance for up to 1 Million dollars and can provide you a copy of the COI upon request. In the state of Texas their is no license requirement for Gutter Technicians (as there is for electricians, plumbers, etc.) so unfortunately there is no Gutter License available to be had for our Industry in this state.
