CoolFix came quickly, replaced the washer pump and got the washer working again. It was a bit expensive and I thought it was weird they asked for a tip, but they took the price they quoted before starting work so it was ok.

We are pleased with the job. He repaired our dryer. He had to leave to get the part and came back and fixed it. He was very nice and neat. He vacuumed the inside of the dryer that was taken apart and vacuumed behind it as well. Price was higher than initially quoted and do believe we were overcharged. He replaced the heating element in the dryer. We were charged $550!!
