Professionalism, punctuality, and flexibility. I was late returning home; he was already at my home, ready to get to work. He was efficient and did not take long to repair both windows. One window was shattered and another had a crack along the middle of the glass. Fair pricing and willing to work with you as long as it’s reasonable.

Great experience from start to finish! Charlie was professional, on time, and did an excellent job replacing my window. The quality of the work was outstanding, and he left everything clean when he was done. Highly recommend!
Charles was on time for our estimate appointment. Explained the process to replace the window. Gave a timely estimate on when the window would arrive. We scheduled a time for the install. On the day of the install, Charles text to say he would be delayed in arriving (very professional to notify us and almost unheard of in San Antonio). The install went smoothly and quickly. The window looks very good. I will call him again if I have window problems in the future. I highly recommend his services.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on multiple variables - size, tint, tempered, obscure, internal mutton bars, and labor
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact you at my earliest convenience to discuss your needs and schedule a time to come out to take measurements. Once measurements are taken I will finalize an estimate. If the estimate is approved I require a deposit of half down before ordering the glass. If you decide to cancel before the job is done you will be refunded minus the cost of the glass. When I receive the glass from the manufacturer I will contact you for install and remaining payment.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
My childhood friend got me a job with his commercial glass company in Dallas where I worked for 10 years. I moved to San Antonio and continued in the commercial glass business before moving to residential glass 10 years ago.
