- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For the investors and "Handyman" type jobs, I do have standard pricing. My on-going clients receive discounts on new services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work with new customers by meeting them personally to understand their project requirements and design ideas. During this process, I discuss safety, code and HOA or area requirements. The project plan remains fluid throughout the planning and construction phases. I believe in constant communication and idea sharing to come to the customer's desired expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I consider myself as a business planner that love working with customers. My military world and personal US travels give me the mental portfolio of remodeling ideas that customers enjoy. I was a former technology hardware and software contractor for large and medium scale projects. I was a contractor for remodeling General Contractors in the Austin & San Antonio area. My training in electrical, plumbing and construction design affords me the opportunity to work/manage small and large projects.
