- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Make sure the price is just for what your asking for ,if handyman fixes more than you have asked him to the price will go up an sometimes that’s where you have issues . If you ask him to fix more issues ask how much more it’s goin to cost.

I listen an try to see what is it that they want . I try to make the job fit to there schedule just like they ask for .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have done construction for about 13 yr , an there’s really on degrees nor education , construction is something you learn as you go, if the construction crew you work with have common sense then that when you learn to build awesome , nicer, thing , you you can see your customers project in your imagination an understand what they see an want
