The crew did a great job painting the entire interior, floating sheet rock in some damaged areas, retapping/painting garage. They also installed vinyl plank in kitchen, bathrooms. They picked up the plank I ordered and returned the extra boxes since I’m not there locally based on their original estimate of how many to buy. Pascaul did everything he said he would as confirmed by my tenant. I will be using him in future for rent ready jobs.

We had LP Contractors install about 1,000 sq ft of vinyl flooring in our home, including stairs. Pascual and team were very professional and got the work done quickly. Pascual dropped by every day to check in and make sure we were happy which was much appreciated. The quality of work is really good and everyone was very nice. They cleaned up nicely and hauled away all trash. A very good experience overall.
