L.p. Contractors did an amazing job returning my home back to a livable state after severe water damage. Faulty plumbing in an upstairs bathroom caused upstairs and downstairs water damage. L. p. Contractors quickly provided me with a quote and promptly completed the repairs. I will definitely use them for future repairs. I needed my popcorn ceiling removed, the house painted, and the master bath redone. I had no clue what I wanted it to look like. Yes, I looked at all those apps and designs. I take FOREVER to make a decision. I was overwhelmed with all the choices. I went to the tile store and stayed for three hours! I still had no idea. I thought maybe I should move to avoid all this, but then I met Pascual.
I showed him everything and basically said “help.” He listened. He showed me samples of previous work. He brought over tile choices for me to pick. I told him, “I’m leaving for two weeks. Make this house look nice please.”
The crew arrived on time. I was sent videos and pictures of the progress. I came back two weeks later. My house looks FABULOUS!! It was even CLEAN.
Pascual pays attention to the small details. All the door knobs and hinges were updated. The plugs and light switches were updated. The living room and kitchen have new lighting. The fireplace was painted. Flooring installed in the bedrooms. The bathroom looks like I should be at a posh hotel.
My dark, old house is now a sunny, happy place! Thank you, Pascual! I love it!!!

LP Contractors were very easy to work with. Communication was professional and above average compared to other contractors I have worked with. They were also patience with me and my schedule.
They drywalled, textured, painted and installed LVp and helped “clean-up” some framing issues. I have additional finish out items I will not hesitate to consider their services.

Had them paint the interior trim in my house as well as our garage door and couldn't be happier. Extremely professional and hard working crew. Great communication and excellent results. My wife and I couldn't be happier and I will use them again for whatever projects we have.

The crew did a great job painting the entire interior, floating sheet rock in some damaged areas, retapping/painting garage. They also installed vinyl plank in kitchen, bathrooms. They picked up the plank I ordered and returned the extra boxes since I’m not there locally based on their original estimate of how many to buy. Pascaul did everything he said he would as confirmed by my tenant. I will be using him in future for rent ready jobs.
