We had an amazing experience with L.P. Contractors LLC! They removed all of the old carpet in our new home and installed beautiful laminate wood flooring upstairs. Their quote was thousands of dollars less than the other companies we contacted, and they completed the entire job in about half the time everyone else estimated.
The crew was incredibly kind, professional, and respectful of our home. They cleaned up as they worked, so the house never felt like a construction zone. The quality of the flooring installation is excellent, and we couldn't be happier with the finished result.

We hired them to remove popcorn ceilings in our hallway, dining room, and primary bedroom, and to install an additional 1/2-inch drywall layer with Green Glue in the primary bedroom for sound reduction. Final cost was very close to the estimate.
The workmanship was excellent. The drywall seams and finish are incredibly smooth, far better than any DIY ceiling work we've done ourselves. The crew also did an excellent job installing the additional drywall over an oddly shaped bedroom ceiling, and the soundproofing has made a noticeable difference.
As with any popcorn ceiling removal, expect a lot of dust despite the crew's efforts to contain it. Living through the project with three dogs meant lots of daily cleanup and moving furniture around each evening so everyone could sleep and dogs had familiar pathways. The painters who arrived the last day did a very good cleanup job, leaving us with a lot less work compared to previous days, and even moved our heavy adjustable bed frames back into place, which we really appreciated. We still had plenty of dust to clear and wipe downs to do but they surprised with how much they had already cleared away.
The only suggestion I'd offer is that homeowners should be warned ahead of time that removing popcorn often requires more wall touch-up painting than may be expected. We ended up spending a couple of extra days touching up the tops of the walls. It could naturally be added to the overall job at an extra cost but we didn't realize it wouldn't be a very quick DIY process. It also would have been helpful to receive a small container of the ceiling paint used for future touch-ups after our less than accurate walk touch ups and after reinstalling ceiling fans which did ourselves. The contractor did promptly supply the paint brand when asked and we purchased a quart at the hardware store.
Overall we're very happy with the results. The ceilings look fantastic, the sound reduction in the bedroom was worth doing. We would hire them again and we appriciate the efforts of all the workers.

I highly recommend LP Contractors! They completely replaced the flooring in our 1,100-square-foot home in just one day, and the results are outstanding.
The project included removing the existing laminate flooring, leveling the concrete subfloor, installing new underlayment and stone core waterproof vinyl flooring, and installing shoe molding throughout. The crew worked efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional, and the finished floor looks fantastic.
LP Contractors also saved us from making what could have been a very expensive mistake. We had already purchased a non-waterproof flooring product, but after discussing our needs with LP Contractors, we realized it wasn’t the right choice and were able to return it. Instead, we purchased a truly waterproof stone core vinyl floor through LP Contractors at a much better price. The difference in value was significant.
What really stood out was their responsiveness, professionalism, timeliness, and value. They answered our questions, helped us choose the right product, showed up when promised, and completed a substantial amount of work in a single day without sacrificing quality.
It is hard to find contractors who combine excellent workmanship, great communication, speed, and outstanding pricing—but LP Contractors delivered on all four. We are extremely pleased with our new floors and would definitely use LP Contractors again. Highly recommended!
