I needed a handyman to come up with a solution for a sliding glass door that had buckled during a recent storm and allowed a great deal of water in. Chris of Ortiz Home Repairs quickly answered my call for help and gave me an estimate on the spot. He had to literally make the parts needed and even painted them before bringing them over. I was surprised that they matched in color exactly even though he did it from memory. Chris was polite, professional, and very capable. He took an hour longer than he thought to make the parts but kept in contact with me letting me know what he was doing and when I could expect him. He did a great job with our repair plus gave me a solution to another problem I had with that same door. Others had told me to replace the door because it couldn't be fixed. He was careful with my floors and cleaned up after himself. I highly recommend Ortiz Home Repairs for any handyman service you may need. He will be my go to person from now on.

Chris responded quickly to my home maintenance needs and was able to complete all the projects that were various from baseboard installation, security hinges & a closet tear out. He’s very detailed & the quality of his work is excellent. Great value & craftsmanship! I highly recommend Chris!

Chris was great. had a leak in our roof and the vent and some plywood needed replaced. he was quick to follow up with email and text to schedule an appointment for a quote. was able to start within a week and was ontime and on budget for the work, he even fixed a small problem with another vent that wasn't in the quote at no extra cost. we have had heavy rain since then, and no more leaks. highly recommended.

Chris was very friendly and cared about what's best for us. We initially hired him to install a kitchen sink but he pointed out that the one we purchased would not fit as we expected, so he was ok to just replace faucet and charged us just for that work. H did a great job replacing the faucet ensuring there are no leaks. Definitely recommend Chris and will hire him in future.
