We are Orlando and Jesika Otero, a husband and wife ran company. I have been doing plumbing and handyman work for 14 years. My wife has been running the company for the past 5 years and doing plumbing along side me for 2 years. I know how to work on residential and commercial properties. I currently do work for reputable companies such as: 7-eleven, Dave & Busters, Dollar General, Papoulli's and Razzoo's. We work all across Texas. We used Thumbtack to find a plumber to replace the inner workings for our 4 toilets. Otero responded immediately to our request for a quote and when they quoted a fair price for the work and could come out the same weekend day, we were impressed. Otero had a crew come and were in and out quickly with the work done well along with over and above touches. We will definitely use them again for our plumbing needs.

Orlando was quick to respond to my request. Came out later that morning. Was able to do the work that evening. Very courteous, professional and did a great job installing a new water heater. Removed the old one and capped off the water/gas. Left the area clean! Will definitely call again for any plumbing needs.
