Fantastic experience and couldn't have asked for more. What started as a single bathroom remodel soon turned to another bathroom, floor installation and paint. David was responsive during the whole process and was flexible whenever the inevitable changes came up. What I really appreciate was his focus on quality. No corners were cut and he often stayed late to ensure things were done correctly. I think I might just keep hiring him until my whole house is remodeled.

I hired David based on the previous positive feedback from other clients that hired him for a specific job. Great Decision! David and his crew, Josiah and Samuel provided an unbelievable experience with their experience, professionalism, and hardworking attitude. We had our master shower totally redone done with a mud set, new tile on the floor and walls along with newly installed sliding shower doors. We are so happy that we picked David Carranza the owner of Caza Remodeling and Construction. David is definitely the right guy if you are in the market for any type of remodeling in your home. David worked on both framing and drywall (hanging, tape, float, and texture) for a new walk in closet and separate bathroom I am putting in my home. He was friendly, timely, and responsible. His work was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. I will definitely hire him again if I have another project to do.

Very pleased with the quality of work performed by David Carranza and his staff. I had him redo flooring and install tile for my mother's home. He gave me the exact estimate with no hidden surprises. If there was any additional work David will go over what option would fit best with my approval. A true professional and honest person. I ended up hiring David to work on my home the following week on various projects. He completed a stand up shower in my master bedroom and redid my other bathroom with flooring and backsplash. In addition he installed French doors and replaced my sliding doors. Needless to say I was very comfortable and extremely happy with his work. I will continue to utilize his services and he will get my referral whenever anyone mentions the type of services he performs.
