- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We can use your lights to customize to your home the best we can. Or install it how you want it. The Price includes: 1. Install and Take down Don't Own Lights? We Use Top Commercial Grade Quality Lights We install on Houses, Roofs, Trees, Sidewalks and Entrances. The Packaged services that we provide include; 1. Free design and on spot estimates. 2. You Own the lights! 3. We install the customized lights to your home or office. 4. On Call Respond Team in case lights go out (withing 24 hours of response time) 5. We takedown your lights and pack it for you. We provide boxes for you. 6. You have the option to store your lights at our storage facility or as suggested at your own home. 7. Discounted price to reinstall and take down for next year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are Professionals when it comes to customizing and designing for Halloween and Christmas Lighting. We use Top commercial quality lighting. Our process for quoting our customers on the spot, we first discuss what is desired for your location. We have a creative designed team to create a beautiful displays for your home or office. With so many option to choose from, there are plenty of customization ideas that can become a reality.

To be successful in the industry you work in, you must emerge yourself in it. Know everything that goes on. Continue to educate yourself on products, services, and anything that can be offered to your customers. We continuously research on products and services we can provide our customers every year. Every year we have a goal to improve in everything we offer. Any request from customers we look into all the time. Our current project we are working on this year is how to sync music to the lights!
