Life & Spiritual Coaching: This is a soul-based approach to aligning one’s inner spirit with their outer world. Some may mistake this coaching style for being based on a religion. Where I often do incorporate the beliefs and spiritual understanding of the client to support our intention, it is not necessary, nor is it necessary for the client to have any religious basis at all. This is about addressing healing of the body, mind and spirit in order to fully connect with Self. Areas of focus include but are not limited to: • Practice of consciousness and mindfulness • Practice of unconditional love for Self and others • Clarifying your life purpose • Clarifying and manifesting true desires • Healing deep emotional wounds • Identifying and clearing blocks and patterned behaviors • How you identify with yourself and roles in life *There are many healing modalities that are useful when combined with spiritual coaching. Please see Holistic Healing below to find out all the tools available to you. Holistic Services: Holistic healing treats the body, mind and spirit as a whole. It is believed that any imbalance occurs first in the spirit. If that imbalance continues, then it goes deeper and starts to affect us on a mental level. We then may experience issues like stress, anxiety, insomnia, depression, and many other things. If that imbalance continues, then it can manifest into physical illness, and doctors have lots of labels for those. I am a huge proponent of holistic healing and there are many different modalities. For purposes of clarity, I want to say that I am not a “healer”. I am a facilitator of the process of the healing that is available to and through all of us at all times. I am trained, certified and experienced in the following areas and would be honored to teach and support you in your healing. Meditation- I have been meditating and teaching meditation for over ten years. With so much on our plates these days, it is easy to become a slave to the mind and to our thoughts. We often struggle to “turn off” the mind full of incessant thoughts to focus in one area, or even to rest. In this state, our mind is not serving us and our thoughts are not productive. Meditation is simply finding the space between the thoughts where peace and clarity lives. I offer guided meditations for individuals or groups, as well as meditation classes. There are many types of meditation and we will explore and find the right style(s) for you! After just the first meditation, people have experienced a deep sense of peace and relaxation. After continued practice, they often see positive changes in many areas of their life to include: health, attitude, relationships, work, decision making, sleep etc. Energy Healing Sessions- These sessions are designed to work on a deeper level to restore balance in the energetic, spiritual and emotional body. I use a blend of Reiki technique as taught by Dr. Mikao Usui, and a shamanic healing tradition called The Balanzu Way. Reiki works specifically with the chakras or energy centers of the body to promote flow and ultimately shift energy that no longer serves us. Balanzu is based on the balance of masculine and feminine energies, and the power of transformation that rises in the space between. The tradition was brought to me by my teacher, Jai Medina, and is grounded in our Mexican/indigenous lineage and shamanic practices. These practices can involve smudging, herbs, oils, stones, crystals, sound, gentle touch or no touch at all. Each session begins with a consultation and the energywork is designed around your comfort, needs and spiritual understanding. House Blessings/ Cleansings- Everything is made of energy so, similar to the body, energy can stagnate in inanimate objects and in people’s homes. I use smudging and the same traditions and practices listed above to remove energy that no longer serves the space and restore balance in your home. I enjoy facilitating the process of healing for my clients and empowering them to become their own healers.
