My focus is you and what you may need to heal your body, mind, and energies. I offer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and meditation training, Eden Energy Method (ComplimentaryMedicine), and Emotional Freedom Technique. I have taught meditation for 37 years, used, taught the Eden Energy Method for 5 yrs, and used tapping (Emotional Freedom Technique) for 2 yrs. I’ve conducted research on all three for the US Army, with Soldiers, veterans, and beneficiaries. I am an Army veteran myself. I have experience working with individuals and groups and will teach you how to increase and integrate these techniques into your own healthy routine.
