- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a basic price that vary by sqare footage of your home and what you need done for example if dishes will be done, oven cleaned, blinds cleaned, baseboards, etc and to only name a few as well as the condition of the home and how often it will be cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When arriving for the first time I typically show up 15 minutes early to get acquainted with my client and the home to know where everything is at to ensure quality service. I like to know what products you prefer and need to avoid. I always treat my new and regular customers like family and care for their home as if it were my own.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When beginning to clean homes I was a stay at home mother that needed flexibility and income to support my family and still have time to enjoy the quality of life with my growing children.
