- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
One price does not fit all and doing set prices can cause you to pay more than necessary to get the job done. I like to talk and discuss your needs in order to provide a better estimate and provide a satisfaction guarantee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I can provide quotes over the phone, but tend to quote at a higher rate due to the inability to see the condition of the home. If photos are provided, I am able to get a better estimate. Free in-person consultations are also an option, with provides you with an exact price for the job with no obligation to accept service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a stay at home mom of 3 running an in-home daycare on the military base where I received certifications and training on the rules and regulations of sanitation, meals etc. I have been a full-time paramedic for 16 years with experience in EMS, flight services, emergency room and disaster response teams, so I am well versed when it comes to health, safety and disinfecting.
