This would have been 5/5 if it were possible. Not only was my house CLEAN when Melly Mel's cleaning service finished, it even SMELLED clean. With two dogs in residence, that is hard to do. Two thumbs up for Melly Mel's Cleaning Service. NOTE: The job was so well done I tipped them above and beyond the quoted price. Very pleased.

Melly Mel’s was quick to respond, punctual and easy to work with. Their work was thorough and immaculate. They removed the stubborn rust and hard water stains from the fixtures and left everything shiny. I will definitely reach out to them again.

Fast response and arrived 30min early for the cleaning. Very nice ladies. It pains me to say it, but the cleaning just wasn’t great. There were just too many spots that never got swept, and I’d requested primarily for the space to be swept and mopped. It got swiffer’ed instead and it needed more attention. 2 people for just over an hour for $100 felt fine price-wise but after they’d left, I turned the Robot vacuum on and let it do it’s thing. I filled it 4 times with dust, dirt, and even some cat litter from where the previous tenants had their litter box; that all seemed a bit too much left over dirt for a place with no furniture in it yet. I should have insisted against the swiffers which are fine for maintaining an already cleaned place, but a for a move-in cleaning, I’d maybe go with a different provider and save Melly Mel for jobs needing just surface cleaning.
