- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
since we are a fairly new company we are having a discount give away the first 10 to sign up for reoccurring cleanings get a 5% discount
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
we love talking! we love over the phone consultations to really understand what the customer would like us to do for them, when would be a great time to do it, and the pricing to make their day clean in pink!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
all of our employees have backgrounds in cleaning wether it be hotels, resorts, or basic house cleanings.
