- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We live and breathe our company. We strive to be the very best we can be. All three members of R.A.M have had years of experience, and continue to educate ourselves and one another. We are constantly evolving for the good of our small business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
This is such a fun question to be asked for us. We all met each other through a previous commercial cleaning company we were hired for. It was an absolutely horrible experience working there. There was little to no supplies to work with, the owner only cared about money, and we weren’t able to take the necessary time it takes for a good clean to be given. It became disgraceful working under such a company. R.A.M was drawn together through our passions and ambitions of delivering an honest good clean, and the guilt we felt for what that company was not doing. We decided, we had the skill, experience, and the drive to make our own company. And so we did, we managed to make and keep customers as far back as to the very first days R.A.M was created. We couldn’t be anymore thankful to the families, and people who hire us, we love to show that in our work we do for you all. Although R.A.M is not related to each other, we do consider one another as family. We are very close, and have great communication with each other, which we believe is keen to have a well organized professional small business.
