- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in clear, straightforward pricing with no hidden fees. Pricing is based on the size and condition of the space, the level of cleaning needed, and any add-on services requested. We offer standard cleaning, deep cleaning, Airbnb turnover service, move-in/move-out cleaning, and organization services. A booking deposit is required to reserve appointments, and that deposit is applied toward the final balance. We also offer secure online payments and flexible payment options through Affirm.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning exactly what the customer needs and gathering details about the property, service type, and overall condition of the space. Once the service is scheduled, we confirm the appointment and arrive fully prepared with professional equipment and supplies. Our team follows a structured cleaning process designed for consistency and attention to detail. We work from top to bottom, document work when needed, and focus on delivering results that make a noticeable difference when the customer walks back into the space.
