- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is a flat rate. The price I give you on the cleaning you ask won’t change.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you book with me, we will confirm the date and time. When I arrived to your home, I will ask for a walk thru before and after the cleaning. I will make sure you’re happy with my work. I will never take shortcuts on cleaning a home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10 years of experience, my mother teach me house to clean a home. I have the best experience thanks to her.
