I have been receiving housekeeping services for years and I am well aware what a really good cleaning looks like. Brenda provided a really good cleaning exponentially. She communicated from start to finish how she was going to handle the job and then she delivered. What I was most impressed with-with Brenda was she placed a high value on providing excellent customer satisfaction and service. She truly values her work and she has an old school work ethic.
