- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will send you a quote, prices may be subject to change only if there is anything added as in oven cleaning .. or things we dont do in our cleans if we are entitled to do it and willing to do if we can.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduction, running our customers through the process of the home. what we do and don't do, our goal is to have communication with our customers so there will be no misunderstanding between the employee's or customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the cleaning business for over 15 years whether it was in a home, an office, or a hotel. I have years experience of how a clean should be done.
