We had a great experience with Hercules FoundationRepair and Remodeling!We were in the middle of having our under-slab plumbing replaced when we met with Collin for our initial foundation inspection. Collin was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions. He recommended that we put the remaining plumbing work on hold and address the foundationrepairs first, since lifting the house could potentially cause additional stress on the plumbing. His recommendation potentially saved us from having to repair the same plumbing twice.Collin provided a reasonable quote, along with a diagram showing exactly where the piers would be placed to level our home. After discussing the options and warranty, we decided to go with steel piers as their lifetime transferable warranty gave us additional peace of mind.Cameron, the crew supervisor, and his team were punctual, professional, and stayed on schedule. They completed the entire foundation job in just three days and kept us informed throughout the process. Everyone was respectful of our property and made what could have been another stressful repair feel much easier.Were happy with the work and the overall experience. From Collins initial inspection and advice to Cameron and his crew completing the job, everyone was knowledgeable, professional, and easy to work with.

So the lift was good! Santiago and his guys were absolutely fantastic and knowledgeable. When it came to the hydrostatic test we had issues (which is a known thing that can come up when lifting the foundation) luckily our break didnt happen in the slab! We were lucky! We had funky plumbing from previous owner with a clean out. However if i ever have to lift a foundation again in my life time i will run a hydrostatic test before the lift takes place because then you can prepare for the unknown costs before you spend the money to lift. We were told the owner would be on site for the lift. That was not the case. It is understandable because he was very sick at the time. No one on the lift crew spoke english to get information back and forth. We used a translator. Cameron also did not speak speak spanish. It was incredibly inconvenient when having to deal with a gas pipe. He was the forman for the lift that only came when the water softener lines were cut on accident. They had those repaired very quickly the same day by a plumber. Very thankful for that. A little annoyed about being bugged for a Google review over and over again as soon as the lift was over. But overall I would trust them to lift the house! But check all plumbing first to make sure you are good before hand. Unexpected costs are not fun!

Allen was professional and instilled confidence when we met, but the subs he sent were from the D-list, and didn’t have any supervision. The subs left and I started getting hounded for final payment, when the job was anything but done. I had Allen come back out, and it was clear that he hadn’t seen any of the work his crew had done. To his credit, he owned up to and said he would send another crew, but they weren’t available for another three weeks. When they finished, I again immediately started getting notices requesting payment and threatening liens. I went back out to inspect the job, and saw piers with excessive shims, and concrete blocks teetering on chipped piers like jenga blocks. Just not a quality job, and again, it was clear that no one at the company was there supervising the subcontractors. He sent a crew back to clean up some of the shimming, and the house is kinda level, but not what I hoped for spending $20k with what I thought was an established company. All I can guess is that they’ve grown and gotten too busy. Would have been one star, but I give them credit for acknowledging the problems and trying to make it right, but personally I wouldn’t use them again.
