- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Rockin B we pride ourselves on being transparent about everything. From our pricing to our repair plans to who we are on site. You can rest assured that when a Rockin B representative, gives you a price there are no hidden fees or anything of the sort. We offer veterans a 10% discount and also we offer senior citizen and first responder discounts.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I have over 15 years in direct experience for foundation repair plus over 50 combined years of experience from family. I started digging holes and pressing piers, mixing concrete etc. So I am not just a owner i also get in there and work with my guys to this day! We also like to attend seminars and various educational centers around the country that offer geological insights. After all foundation repair doesn’t always stem from poor workmanship, most of the time it stems from the condition of the soil underneath it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Rockin B Foundation Repair is a 4th generation family owned foundation company. My great uncle and my great grandfather were foundation repairmen, and they showed my grandfather and he taught my father and my father taught myself! My very first time on the job was going and getting shims with my grandpa and my father!
