Eric and his crew did a great job with my foundation. I am very happy with how everything is squared up again in my house and the cracks in the walls have closed. I was impressed with their clean up. They left everything looking better than it was before they started drilling. Eric was very responsive and answered all my questions and kept me informed. I would definitely work with Royal Foundation again.

I am beyond impressed and satisfied with the foundationrepairs I received. Eric was very knowledgeable and thorough about the whole process which helped put my mind at ease. My foundation was completely cracked through and needed 20 pillars installed. They handled it in 5 days. On top of that, the employees are some of the nicest and hardest working people I’ve ever met. They did an incredible job from the digging, to the install to the clean up. 11 out of 10 stars.

My home is a rental and unfortunately the management company neglected it.Thankfully I followed my instincts and decided to check the property myself when it became vacant.I noticed the foundation was buckling, doors were stuck and a large fissure in the garage to an entry.I called Royal Foundation.I am so very glad I did. Eric and his team made an assessment for free and discussed the plan to repair restore this terrible foundation. He was very professional, patient and very intentional with respect for laying the goundwork, explaining the process, the costs, everything.
