- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the severity of the foundation issue. Minor cracks or settling are typically less involved, while major structural damage, extensive underpinning, or drainage work require more materials, labor, and time , so costs vary case by case. We recommend a professional inspection so we can assess the damage and give you an accurate, no-surprises estimate before any work begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial Contact & Consultation Customer reaches out (phone, form, etc.) with a description of the issue — cracks, uneven floors, doors that stick, etc. 2. Free/Paid Inspection We schedule an on-site inspection to assess the foundation, identify the root cause (soil movement, drainage, poor original construction, etc.), and determine severity. 3. Diagnosis & Estimate Based on the inspection, we explain what's causing the problem and provide a detailed, written estimate outlining the recommended repair method and cost. 4. Scheduling the Work Once approved, we schedule the repair at a time that works for the customer and explain what to expect (timeline, access needs, any prep on their end). 5. Repair Work Our team at Xpert Foundation Repair performs the repair — whether that's pier installation, slab jacking, crack injection, drainage correction, etc. — following engineering best practices. 6. Final Walkthrough & Warranty We walk the customer through the completed work, confirm the issue is resolved, and go over any warranty coverage or maintenance tips. 7. Follow-Up Xpert Foundation will also do a follow-up check-in weeks or months later to ensure the repair is holding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured, which allows us to pull the proper permits required to perform foundation repair work legally and safely. This ensures the work meets local building codes and gives you peace of mind that the project is done right, with accountability and protection every step of the way.
