What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices vary depending on the extend of the work and amount of hours that will require. My goal is to try using current pieces but try to find the best price for new pieces. I’m very flexible and can really stick to budgets.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process starts with getting to know the client, their vision, style preferences, functional needs, and budget. I like to ask questions and gather inspiration images or references to fully understand the direction of the project.
From there, I develop initial concepts, mood boards, and furniture design ideas that align with the overall aesthetic and purpose of the space. Once the concept is approved, I create detailed drawings or 3D renderings, refine the design based on feedback, and finalize material and finish selections.
Throughout the project, I maintain open communication to ensure the design evolves according to the client's needs. My goal is to create furniture that is both beautiful and functional while making the design process smooth, collaborative, and enjoyable from start to finish.
