Next Door Painting was very prompt and professional. The actual painters arrived on time and did great work. They were friendly and had no problems repainting an area when a miscommunication caused them to use the wrong color. They stayed all day until the job was done and didn't cut corners.Aug 8, 2016Verified

Next Door did a great job. They were very responsive to my needs and worked with me through the whole outside painting of my house. I couldn't be more pleased.Aug 24, 2019VerifiedNext Door Painting's reply
Thank you for sharing your positive experience. We appreciate your business!
I wasn’t able to get my “free estimate” from the estimator that came out. I got a call from Next Door Painting home office the next day and they agree to email a quote to me.Jul 16, 2019VerifiedNext Door Painting's reply
As a professional company we work with customers who are looking for estimates everyday. At the time of any initial appointment our company makes sure that any and all customers are the actual homeowner or direct project manager on the job. In this case Mario said he was the homeowner at the time the appointment was set. At the time of arrival to the appointment our Branch Manager Matt became aware that Mario was looking for crews and that Mario was a contractor looking for rates for crews NOT rates for painting. Matt was not able to help out in this situation because we do not supply crews, we supply painting estimates. After Mario decided to leave a review without notifying the main office about any situation, we contacted him right away to see what the issue was. Mario told the office that he was helping out his wife " Barbara" who is a realtor and that she is the property manager and that she is going to rent the house out. Mario was not able to supply us with his Wife's direct contact information or name of the realty company. Then the story changed to they were trying to sell the house, and then finally he said he was a contractor looking for crews. In this case we can not help Mario out. Leaving this review has now reflected negatively on our company and as a business person himself should know this is unprofessional. We always strive to do our best to resolve any situation and sometimes we don't always get it right. -Next Door Painting
