- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our company offers quality work at a competitive price. We also are efficient in managing our crew and our time, as well as able to provide a very wide range of services, which enables us to pass a discount along to our customers when customers bundle work together. We specialize in flipping houses so there is virtually no job we cannot manage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first have a brief discussion about the work needed and the customer's expectations. A professional is sent to see the property so that a more accurate estimate can be given, as well as accuracy in the timeframe needed, and a thorough understanding of all customer needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Background in owning and flipping properties as well as managing many projects at one time as it pertained to my other businesses.
