I gave an average review because of the extended time it took to complete the job and speaking with the office manager that was in charge of scheduling. Calling the office was unfortunately a bad experience because she was very combative and disrespectful to me. The paint job itself was good. The prep work was below par because it took two different times to power wash due to faulty equipment. We also had difficulty getting them to return to fix a screw that wasn’t attached properly on the shutter. This was of course, after we paid them in full.

We do not collect any money up front. We collect oats we progress in the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with a new customer is meeting with them or scheduling a phone conference to discuss their needs and timeline. Once we have a project description we take photos of the desired subject area and send them a formal estimate . Our estimates are usually good for 30 days. We will follow up within a few days.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
OSHA 10, OSHA 30, Painters certification, Traditional Carpentry/REstoration Apprenticeship, Construction Technology.
