I offer military discounts, and I am flexible to work with. I do not charge to go out and give an estimate

Ask questions and listen to the details of how the work is done. Even the very minor things are important.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What is most important to them. Price, quality of work, do you want to be treated like just another customer or are you looking for someone who is going to listen and care about the type of work they do. Key thing is you get what you pay for.
