- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is always upfront and based on the volume and type of items being removed — no hidden fees ever. We price fairly and competitively for the San Antonio area. Larger jobs get better value per item. Items requiring special disposal such as electronics or appliances may have a small additional fee. We always give you the full price before we start so there are never any surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It’s simple — reach out and send us photos of what you need removed. We’ll give you an upfront quote right away with no hidden fees. Once you approve the price we’ll schedule a time that works for you, often same day. We show up on time, do all the heavy lifting, haul everything away, and leave your space clean. After the job we follow up to make sure you’re completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands on experience hauling all types of items including furniture, appliances, hot tubs, trampolines, construction debris, and full property cleanouts. I am knowledgeable in proper disposal methods across San Antonio including recycling, e-waste disposal, scrap metal recycling, and landfill regulations. We handle every job safely and responsibly.
