- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off with getting all your info and try and sell you what you need a little more there always something else that you forget last minute and it always a bummer when you can’t get rid of it most the time it happens when the jobs almost done and once we taken care of that you will always come back we try and be fast and quick
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
It was a family owned business that was small at the time me and my mom and dad and siblings would go to place that need junk to be removed and we always had first dibs we found some cool stuff and since than it just always been interesting we always donated stuff whenever we could and we use to have a van to do most the work now we gone bigger with a truck and trailer and are able to do a lot more!
