I have done 5 workouts sessions with Jason so far and its going amazing. I am down 10 pounds so far which is incredible for me considering the only thing I have changed is working out with him. My 3 boys and I took self defense classes from Renee in preparation for a trip out of the country. Even though my boys' ages vary from 8 to 17, she was able to make it a great experience for all of us. We all learned so much and had a really great time. She was prepared with pads so we could practice what we learned. We feel much more confident that we have some skills to defend ourselves in case we need to. I also loved that she came to us, so we didn't have to go anywhere.
