About
I offer a blend of beginner level, fitness level and advanced training. I focus on isolation, compound, High Intensity Circuit Training as well as martial arts training. My focus is to meet my client at their current fitness level and build them up from there. My personality is positive and inspirational and I’m empathetic to peoples circumstances. I am a master of discipline and I help people create healthy habits. I think fitness, making healthy choices should be a lifestyle! I definitely enjoy the client results. The transformations and the confidence that comes with it is a major satisfaction of my work. The most satisfying moment is getting those "Thank you" texts after showing my clients what's possible when they have given up on themselves. Knowing that I empower people for a living gives me great joy and satisfaction.

I came to master jason looking for one on one mma training! We only had a few months working together but it was a very motivating and rewarding experience! Master Jason helped me grow and come out of a slump I was struggling with for months. I learned a lot and was always encouraged to ask questions and learn from him! My confidence, mental health, and martial arts improved a lot from when we first started! He definitely kicked my ass plenty though :) I also always felt comfortable being in the dojo!

Jason is training my 12 yr old son. He is such a positive influence on him and encourages him to push himself and keep going when it’s really tough. He gives constant feedback to us as well. He takes a holistic approach to wellness it’s not just about the physical but the mental and nutritional aspects as well. He encompasses all things you would want in a trainer. Jason is fair, fun but tough. I like that he holds me accountable because I wouldn't work out otherwise. In my two months working with Jason, I have begun to see results and have received compliments on my appearance. Jason is clearly invested in my training and me accomplishing my goals and gets my input and feedback on workout. There are days when I am tired or don't want to work out and he is able to adjusts my workout with ease and a smile. he is very patient and seems to sense when you need that extra push and will get in there and workout with you. Jason is a great trainer and I was lucky to find him.

    The most common types of jobs I do for clients is -weight loss -toning and strength training -Martial arts training (punches, kicks, throws, self defense) -Flexibility and coordination Most people in the beginning come for the weight loss and toning. When I introduce the martial arts programs to their workouts they realize that its something they are capable of doing and a lot of fun also. I offer a lot of variety to personal training.
