- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 10% discounts to any customer who decides to move forward within a day of receiving a proposal for their project. This discount is not available if customer will finance project with us. This discount cannot be combined with other offers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we speak with you to gather some basic information and learn more about you and your project. The next step is to meet you in your home or at our selection center to discuss your project in further detail and establish a budget. A proposal is then provided for you with a full description of the scope of work and materials selected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Collectively, our team has years of experience in construction, remodeling, interior design, custom cabinetry, and carpentry.
