- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not charge my clients a penny unless I make a monetary recover for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a client contacts my office, we get to know them and the situation they are in. Then, if they would like to hire us, they either come in to the office or we go to them if they are unable to visit us. We explain the process of hiring our firm in great deal and make sure they are comfortable with it, then we move forward with handling their case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have handled thousands of case and recovered millions of dollars for my clients. I have been in the courtroom thousands of times and I know what it takes to win.
